Anna Malarczyk-Arcidiacono is a Business Development Director at Tetris Poland. She is an architect, certified project manager and manager with 20 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential real estate. She gained experience in an international environment, working on the development of Echo Investment, Futureal, Atrium Real Estate in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, among others. In her career, she has been responsible for managing international project teams in many areas of the companies' operations. At the same time, she is engaged in development as a mentor in the Top Woman in Real Estate program. At Tetris she is responsible for the development and growth of Tétris' business in Poland, working with local executives, as well as the Tétris EMEA business development team and JLL teams in Poland.
