Anna Malarczyk-Arcidiacono, has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2023 she joined Tetris Poland where she is responsible for the development and growth of the business in Poland, working with the local management team, as well as with the Tétris EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) business development team and the JLL teams in Poland. Anna Malarczyk-Arcidiacono is an architect, certified project manager and manager with 20 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use and residential real estate. She gained experience in an international environment, working on the development of, among others, Echo Investment, Futureal, Atrium Real Estate in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. In her career, she has been responsible for managing international project teams from many areas of the companies' operations. At the same time, she is involved in development as a mentor in the Top Woman in Real Estate programme.
