Experienced manager, leader, expert, and mentor in the field of management, general contracting and development investments. A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology and Postgraduate Studies at the University of Gdańsk. In 2022, she obtained Construction Industry certification in Productivity. She has been associated with the Hass Holding group for 25 years, holding high managerial positions in the Group's companies. In 2006, she was appointed President of the Management Board of DORACO, responsible for the broadly understood implementation of projects conducted by the Company. The initiatives she introduced include activities of Doraco Investment - a developer implementing luxury investments in attractive locations. Under her leadership, DORACO has comprehensively completed many investments throughout Poland, the value of which exceeded several hundred million euros. He specializes in strategic management, enterprise restructuring, and projects related to business diversification. Her key competencies include building and mobilizing specialized teams and implementing effective business strategies. During her career, she planned and implemented many complex, innovative development strategies, restructuring and optimization projects increasing the profitability of the managed companies. She is a mentor of the Top Women in Real Estate program. He is active in the Business Club Association and the Korali Foundation. She is interested in neurolinguistics - the mechanisms of action and the unlimited potential that lies in the human mind.
