Andrei coordinates Cushman & Wakefield Echinox's Project & Development Services team, focusing on planning and development strategies for the department. With an impressive 24 years of experience in the real estate sector, Andrei provides technical project management and due diligence services across a wide range of properties, including office, industrial, residential, and commercial spaces. His previous work encompasses managing a real estate portfolio of over 1 million square meters of buildings and another million square meters of land. Andrei has tackled these projects from various angles, such as strategic consulting at the operational level, development, maintenance, consolidation, and asset sales, as well as property management.
