Anamaria Crețu is a seasoned real estate professional with over 18 years of experience in multi-national companies, and 10 years specialising in leasing, asset management and strategic real estate investments. Currently operating as Leasing & Asset Director at Evo Properties, Anamaria oversees leasing strategies, tenant relations and asset repositioning initiatives to maximise long-term returns and value. Prior to joining EVO Properties from 2015 - 2023, Anamaria worked at Swedish company Skanska, one of the world's industry leaders, where she was initially part of the asset management division, later holding the position of Leasing & Asset Manager for the Equilibrium 1&2 projects, managing leasing and asset management strategies.
