Allison L. Dent

Allison Dent is the CEO of Global M&A. She is also the co-founder of Global M&A Canada and comes from a background which combines corporate strategy, finance and M&A. Prior to co-founding the Canadian team, Allison held the position of Vice-President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations of Orthosoft Inc. while she completed the IPO. Prior to this, Ms. Dent worked for Secor Consulting in the corporate strategy and M&A division, after having been a key Consultant for KnowledgeTech in Vancouver. She began her corporate finance career with the Bank of Montreal in Vancouver.
