Alison Puhar

Alison is Head of Real Estate at Fidelity International, where she leads the pan-European real estate team based in multiple locations across Europe. She is responsible for overseeing the investment process and directing business strategy and chairs the Real Estate Investment Committee. She is also a member of the Multi-Asset Private Asset Investment Committee. Since the launch of the Fidelity UK Real Estate Fund in 2008, Alison has served as Lead Portfolio Manager, with responsibility for portfolio strategy and performance. She oversees acquisitions, asset management and disposals, and has delivered strong long-term outperformance for investors. In her role as Head of Portfolio Management from 2023 to 2024, she developed the investment strategy and process for Fidelity’s pan-European Article 9 climate impact real estate strategies. Alison has successfully transacted real estate investments through multiple market cycles and brings extensive portfolio management experience across investment strategy, asset management, refurbishment, and development. Her expertise spans both discretionary and advisory mandates. She joined Fidelity in 2007, having previously worked at Savills Investment Management. Alison is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from The Open University.
