Alin Nedelcu leads the AI Practice & Solutions team at Raiffeisen Bank, where he drives the development of AI-powered systems that enhance compliance, credit risk, operations, and customer experience. With 12 AI applications already in production, he focuses on building practical, business-driven solutions using agentic platforms and responsible AI principles. Alin is also the co-founder of AI Academy and an active advocate for AI education, designing impactful programs for both business leaders and younger audiences. Named one of Romania’s Top 100 Young Managers by Business Magazin in 2024, he brings together strategic vision and real-world execution to help organizations unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence.
