Aleksandra is a COO of Sierra Balmain, leading the transactions and new business development. She has extensive experience working in all sectors of the real estate market, including retail, office, industrial and residential. Prior to Sierra Balmain, she worked at Rockspring PIM (currently Patrizia AG) and Goldman Sachs International in London, where she was involved in over €1.4 billion commercial and residential real estate transactions. She holds a BA and MPhil from the University of Cambridge and since 2014, she has been a mentor at Cambridge REF Mentoring, supporting young, talented graduates in developing their career paths. She started the Young Professionals in Real Estate Investment drinks initiative in 2022.
