Adi Georgescu is Regional Vice President for Romania and Moldova at UiPath, where he is responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth across both public and private sectors. In this role, he focuses on expanding new business opportunities, strengthening high-impact partnerships, and acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, guiding them on the strategic adoption and effective use of artificial intelligence to unlock business value and drive competitive advantage. Adi works closely with customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem to position agentic business orchestration and automation as core drivers of digital transformation, helping organisations rethink their operating models and achieve efficiency at scale. With over 20 years of experience, Adi brings a strong track record in building and leading high-performing sales organisations that create impact at the intersection of market demand, innovation, and customer needs. He combines this with broad experience across enterprise technology, consulting, and telecommunications, including leadership roles at companies such as Microsoft, EY, and Vodafone.
