Carolina is a civil engineering and has a graduate degree in environment and sustainability. She has five years of experience in sustainability consultancy for the real estate industry and investment firms. Focusing on ESG strategies, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of their impact on business management and building performance. Currently, she is dedicated to ESG regulations such as SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and CSRD. Through her expertise, she assists financial market participants and advisors in navigating these regulations, meeting their requirements, improving and developing their ESG actions. Carolina also helps companies with the due diligence process with the objective of preparing their sustainability report. Additionally, she is a speaker, author of the whitepaper "What you need to know about ESG & Real Estate," and passionate about driving meaningful change in the business world.
