Prior to joining CBRE in mid-2012, Dr Blake was Director of Economic Analysis at Oxford Economics having previously worked for Experian Business Strategies, Wharton Econometrics (Global Insight) and the University of East Anglia. He holds degrees from the Universities of York and Warwick. Neil has extensive knowledge of economic and property market modelling and forecasting (with over 25 years’ experience) having developed the Oxford Economics European Cities and Global Cities models. At CBRE, Neil heads the EMEA research leads on forecasting investment performance and on strategic investment advice within the EMEA research team. He is an extensive experience of media and public speaking and gave the opening address at this year’s CEDEM Real Estate Investment Summit in Prague.
