President

Andrei is leading NAI Global in Romania, one of the 5 leading global commercial real estate service providers. Andrei has been involved in real estate and business valuation, investment, development, sustainability and green buildings for more than 17 years. Andrei strongly supported the Green Building concept in Romania contributing as Research Partner for Romania Green Building Council and other private and public institutions. Currently, he is the President of Romania Green Building Council, leading the Green Finance task group – composed of 9 commercial implementing banks of Green Mortgage by RoGBC. An active member of ANEVAR – the Romanian Association of Valuers, and teaches the "Financial Considerations of Green Buildings" course for the RoGBC's Green Building Professional program. He is also a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
