Mr. Vincent is a real estate pioneer in Central Europe having been based in Vienna and Budapest for over twenty years. He was a Director of Richard Ellis International in Vienna (1993) and the founder and Managing Director of Richard Ellis Budapest in 1994. In 1998 Mr. Vincent was the co-founder and Development Director of AIG/Lincoln in Hungary. He founded ConvergenCE, his own real estate investment and development company in 2004.
