Real estate group Wing has announced the transformation of its Budapest-based HOP office complex into HOP Technology Office Park.

The office park will provide a technological and office environment for tenants, in a sustainable, campus-like, green environment.

The existing buildings have been renovated in cooperation with their Hungarian and international tenants, while the facilities mix has been expanded with a new restaurant, a 1,000 sqm fitness centre and electric vehicle charging stations.

“We are particularly pleased that the effectiveness of functional shift is also confirmed by demand, as occupancy in the existing eight buildings is almost 100%, and we plan to develop an additional 40,000 sqm in the remaining areas in several phases,” said Gábor Angel, Deputy CEO of Wing, responsible for offices.

HOP currently hosts tenants with test laboratories, precision engineering and electronics manufacturing activities, micrologistics solutions, IT and R&D activities.

The group has implemented ESG elements in the projects ranging from energy-efficient renovations to full electricity consumption and infrastructure for alternative transport.
