Victor Terheș, Chief Commercial Officer at Bellemonde, spoke to Property Forum about the start of the new Bellemonde Privée residential development in northern Bucharest and the key role of educational facilities in attracting premium homebuyers in the market.

What is the current status of the project as we approach the end of 2025, and what milestones are next?

Bellemonde Privée represents a significant new chapter in the development of the wider Bellemonde community. As we approach the end of 2025, the project is in the pre-construction phase. All the permitting, technical coordination, and architectural detailing have been finalised, and construction works are scheduled to begin shortly.

The current stage of the Bellemonde Residence project shows that the structure and masonry of all buildings are completed, the screeds and waterproofing works are 75% finished, and the joinery is 80% installed. Meanwhile, partitioning works, exterior networks, and installations are ongoing in parallel. Our immediate milestones are clear: starting construction on Bellemonde Privée and marking significant progress at Bellemonde Residences.

Looking ahead to 2026, what are your strategic priorities for Bellemonde and Bellemonde Privée? Are there plans for further expansion or new phases?
