by Property Forum | Report

Slovakia’s leading real estate event since 2017 is back! Property Forum’s annual conference, Bratislava Property Forum 2022 will gather speakers and attendees representing the most active local and international real estate companies to discuss hot button issues – live and in person, on 8th April.

The real estate industry is facing major challenges with an ongoing horrific war in neighbouring Ukraine which has put many things into question and shifted focus to the S and G components of ESG. Furthermore, we’re still getting to know the long-term effects of the pandemic – which has intensified numerous long-term trends such as the adaptation of hybrid work models or a rise in e-commerce – on the way we design, build, use and operate real estate.

Our diverse line-up of speakers will discuss how investment and asset management strategies are adapting to the new normal and share their vision for the future.
