Slovak developer Corwin has sold the Blumental office centre in Bratislava to Czech real estate fund ZFP realitní fond. With more than 21,000 sqm of lettable area, it is one of the largest Bratislava office transactions of 2022. The price of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
Wołoska 24, an office building developed by Ghelamco has a new owner. It is a Czech investment fund, ZFP realitní Fond, managed by ZFP Investments which is a subsidiary of Slovakia's IAD Investments. The value of the transaction amounted to over €60 million.
ZFP Investments has sold the Florenc Office Center, commonly known as the KPMG HQ building, in Prague, to Shinhan Investment Corp, a Korean based investment manager. CBRE represented the vendor in the sale of the asset. The transaction constitutes the first direct real estate investment in the Czech Republic by a Korean investor.
Multi Corporation and GEMO HOLDING have sold the Forum Poprad shopping centre in Poprad, Slovakia. The asset has been acquired by the real estate fund of ZFP Investments and MAT Corporation, part of the DBK group. The sellers have been advised by Cushman & Wakefield

Prior to that, she worked in managerial positions at Dom Development.
Agnieszka Baczyńska took up the position of Head of Leasing - Retail in CPIPG. She is responsible for the commercialization of retail facilities from the CPIPG portfolio. Baczyńska also manages the leasing of office space on the buildings owned by CPIPG.
