The HOP office project in Warsaw has been awarded the WELL Health – Safety Rating by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) following a complex review that covered a range of health-related factors including air and water quality.

Skanska was the first developer in Europe that has achieved a WELL Health-Safety rating for eight buildings in Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic, and intends to pursue the certification for all its new projects. The company now has obtained the WELL Health & Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management for its own headquarters across CEE countries, including the Hungarian one located in the Nordic Light office building.

AFI Europe Romania says that all its office portfolio comprising seven projects has received the Well Health-Safety Certification.
