Polish developer Scallier will open new retail parks with a combined surface of more than 40,000 sqm in Timișoara, Turda and Vaslui throughout 2022, after completing its first two projects in the country.
Property developer Scallier says it has secured a building permit for a new retail park located in Turda. The project will have a leasable area of 9,000 sqm and has already attracted a mix of retailers.
Enel X Romania is implementing a photovoltaic (PV) system for retailer Kaufland Romania. The project is developed near the company’s logistics centre in Turda following an investment of €1 million.
White Star Real Estate has extended lease agreements with three long-standing tenants (Castolin, ACL Poland and Rodastal) of the logistics and production complex Diamond Business Park Gliwice. The three agreements, covering both warehouse and office and social spaces, cover a total area of 12,500 sqm.

ID Logistics has extended its lease of 23,000 sqm of space at GLP Warsaw I Logistics Centre. The cooperation between the companies has been ongoing since 2018.
