Moderated by James Dearsley, CEO of EMEA Verv, the panel featured industry leaders, including Hubert Abt, Max Beard, Costin Bănică, and Emma Toma, who discussed evolving tenant needs, sustainable development, and the impact of technology.

There are 4.5 million square meters of modern shopping space in Romania and there is still room for development as investors are still interested in the Romanian market.
