LCP acquires another retail park in central Poland

LCP Properties has acquired the Rock Park Radom, retail park from the seller Rock Capital. The property, with a total of 3,400 sqm of GLA and six tenants, is fully leased. The price has not been disclosed. Soon, the retail park will undergo LCP's rebranding program, officially becoming part of the M Park brand. This will be the second M Park in the city of Radom.

New leases

IPSO Agricultura has leased 2,300 sqm within Speedwell's Spaceplus Chitila warehouse, with a portion of the space dedicated to offices. The transaction was facilitated by Griffes.
Transport company ECSI SPEDYCJA has leased 3,330 sqm of warehouse and office space at 7R City Flex Kraków Airport. The tenant was advised by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska on the choice of location and during lease negotiations.
MLP Group has signed a new long-term lease agreement at the MLP Bucharest West logistics center. The deal was signed with a local logistics operator that has leased 5,200 sqm of space for warehouse purposes, along with an additional 70 sqm for modern office use. The lease negotiation process was supported by City Logistics.

New appointments

Tomasz Chojnacki, a commercial property expert with nearly 20 years’ experience, has joined international real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as Regional Director for Southern Poland in its Office Department, with effect from 1 August. His key responsibilities include representing office tenants during relocations and lease renegotiations.
Former Taylor Wessing Counsel and Head of Real Estate Peter Malovec has joined CTP Slovakia as its new Head of Legal.
Matexi Polska is strengthening its management structure. Jesika Mackiewicz has joined the management boards of companies implementing residential projects in Warsaw. This manager, with over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, will support Matexi Polska's continued growth in the capital market.
