New leases

Eurowag has new headquarters in Warsaw. The company will occupy around 600 sqm in the Q22 office building. Avison Young Office Agency represented Eurowag in the relocation.
Zenitech Consulting Zrt., formerly Autsoft, has signed a lease for 1,500 sqm of office space in the mixed-use Liberty building developed by WING. At the same time, the Hungarian representative office of a major international company has signed a lease for an additional 2,000 sqm. The agreements were facilitated by CitiReal Advisors and iO Partners Hungary.
OLX has expanded its office space in Bucharest-based America House by 717 sqm to a total of 1,663 sqm in a deal brokered by Fortim Trusted Advisors, a member of the BNP Paribas alliance. Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații provided legal consultancy to America House during the lease negotiation process.

New appointments

Management Board of Globe Trade Centre has announced that on the 3rd of December, the company received a written statement from György Stof on his resignation as a Member of the Company's Management Board.
Dom Development has announced changes to its Management Board. Monika Dobosz will become a Member and Vice-president of the Management Board. In this position, she will replace Leszek Stankiewicz, who has submitted a declaration of resignation from this position. Dobosz will be responsible for the company's finances.
Dariusz Blocher has resigned from the position of chair of Unibep. The supervisory board has appointed Andrzej Sterczyński as president of the company from January 1st, 2025.
