EBRD invests €24.7 million in MAS’s real estate green bond

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has successfully subscribed to a €24.7 million ticket as part of an inaugural five-year €300 million green bond issuance by MAS Securities BV. The firm is wholly owned by MAS Real Estate Inc., an investor and operator of predominantly retail real estate assets that focuses on CEE.

MAS Real Estate to buy €113 million portfolio in Romania

MAS Real Estate has entered into an agreement with PKM Developments, a joint venture with its peer Prime Kapital, to buy a property portfolio consisting of nine shopping value centres in Romania for €112.97 million. The centres are being held by PKM Developments through three subsidiaries - PK Black, PK Indigo and PK Red.

Skanska and Prime Kapital might jointly buy 11 ha Bucharest plot

New leases

  • GSP Global Solutions Provider has further expanded its cooperation with CTP by leasing an additional nearly 7,000 sqm in CTPark Budapest Vecsés on a long-term basis.
  • Lighting solutions provider Luxiona has secured 430 sqm of office space at the Warsaw-based Greenwings Offices complex. The site will serve as the company's Polish HQ and a dedicated showroom for its lighting range. Axi Immo represented the tenant in the transaction.
  • Stokado, Poland’s second-largest self-storage operator, has launched its second facility in Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The site offers over 4,800 sqm of net leasable area across approximately 950 storage units.

New appointments

  • Krzysztof Wróblewski (MRICS) has been named Head of Portfolio Management CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors, responsible for overseeing investments and managing the real estate portfolio. He succeeds Christopher Smith in this role.
  • Garbe Industrial is reorganising its senior leadership team. CEO Christopher Garbe will now focus on strategic orientation and international activities. Jan Philipp Daun assumes leadership of the Development division alongside his existing Investment and Joint Venture responsibilities. Andrea Agrusow expands her remit to include Portfolio Management while retaining control of Commercial and Real Estate Management. Additionally, Michael Marcinek and Maik Zeranski will now jointly head the restructured Development unit as Management Board Members, succeeding Adrian Zellner.
  • CPI Property Group is strengthening its leasing structure with the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska as Head of Leasing. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and executing the leasing strategy across the group’s office and retail portfolio in Poland. At the same time, Izabela Potrykus has been appointed Leasing Office Director. Baczyńska brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining CPI Property Group in 2022, she served as International Leasing Director at Neinver Polska.
