Obermeyer Helika and CPIPG complete first stage of resi project in Prague
The first stage of the Kolbenova Park residential project in Vysočany in Prague has been completed and approved for use, as the design and construction consulting office Obermeyer Helika has announced. The project consisting of six buildings is gradually executed in several phases. The developer is CPI Property Group.

Shopping gallery in northwestern Bohemia expands
The execution of the extension of the Galeria Teplice shopping centre in northwestern Bohemia is planned for the third quarter of 2024. The project investor is the company Dandreet, and the general designer is Obermeyer Helika.

Reconstruction of Prague's Černý Most Centre heads to final phase
Reconstruction of the mixed-use commercial centre Černý Most in Prague 14 is beginning in April this year. The project from the Unibail-Rodamco portfolio is bringing 32 new shops and restaurants and 3 new cinemas.

New leases
- Palas Campus, Romania's largest office building, is set to host the new regional hub for BCR starting this autumn. The HQ will occupy a surface area of approximately 1,000 sqm and will serve clients from the local county and adjacent regions.
- Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
- Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.
New appointments
- NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
- Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
- PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
