Property developer Prime Kapital has delivered four out of five apartment buildings in its first residential project in Bucharest. The company has invested €47.8 million in the project that will feature 458 apartments.
South African investor MAS Real Estate has entered into to sell an office building in Scotland to Union Investment for €91 million. The company also agreed to sell a piece of development land in East Sussex for €20.8 million. MAS Real Estate wants to sell all of its remaining Western European assets and reinvest the proceeds in Central & Eastern Europe.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has successfully subscribed to a €24.7 million ticket as part of an inaugural five-year €300 million green bond issuance by MAS Securities BV. The firm is wholly owned by MAS Real Estate Inc., an investor and operator of predominantly retail real estate assets that focuses on CEE.

Schreder Polska and Urgo Polfa Łódź have extended their lease agreements for office space in the West Station buildings in Warsaw. The companies are using a total of more than 1,000 sqm of space.
Workspace Studio, a company specialized in office design solutions, has signed a 5-year lease extension for its office in Bucharest-based Sky Tower. The contract also includes a space expansion up to 810 sqm in the project owned by RPHI.
