Romanian property holding Meta Estate Trust has launched Retail Park Ciolpani, marking the company's first operational asset and an early opening ahead of the planned Q1 2026 schedule.

Over 119,500 residential units were sold in Romania in the first nine months of 2025, a similar level with that recorded in the same period of 2024 (down only 0.3%), according to a market analysis by SVN Romania and based on official statistics of the National Agency for Cadastre and Land Registration.

Alesonor has partnered with Pescariu Sports&Spa to create a 12,000 sqm sports and leisure complex within the Amber Forest suburb, with a planned investment of €8 million. Developers anticipate delivering approximately 32,000 new apartments in Bucharest and another 20,500 in Ilfov County by the end of 2028, according to Imobiliare.ro.
