REINO IO Piotrków Allegro BTS, a modern build-to-suit logistics facility of some 27,000 sqm in Piotrków Trybunalski, developed for Allegro, has been financed as a green loan granted by BNP Paribas Bank Polska, REINO IO Logistics announced on LinkedIn.

Panattoni has been awarded a green loan from Berlin Hyp AG worth €74.34 million. The financing is for a logistics centre in Bydgoszcz.

Immofinanz signed a new five-year, €180 million green loan with Helaba, pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Berlin Hyp, secured by myhive Warsaw Spire, one of the tallest office towers in the capital of Poland with GLA of more than 71,000 sqm and a BREEAM Excellent certification. The green loan replaces a previous financing that was due to mature in January 2025.

Maistra Hospitality Group, Croatia's second-largest tourism player, has obtained a blue and green sustainability-linked loan of up to €200 million, from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), as part of its strategy to boost sustainability operations. 

Palas Campus, the largest office building in Romania, developed by Romanian developer Iulius in Iași, has achieved two green certifications.

Neinver and Nuveen Real Estate have successfully raised around €170 million in debt financing for the Polish portfolio of Neptune, a joint venture between Neinver and TIAA.

Property group Globalworth has inked a 6-year green loan deal worth €85 million with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), which is a member of the World Bank.
