The reconstruction of the Kotva department in Prague is starting today, one year after its closure, reports Archiweb.cz. This is symbolically happening on the 50th anniversary of its opening. The owner is Generali Real Estate.

MDC2 and its partner Generali Real Estate have concluded a lease agreement for an 11,000 sqm building with InPost at MDC2 Park Kraków South. This will be a BTS (built to suit), customised building located on a plot of land prepared exclusively for InPost.

MDC2 and Generali Real Estate have financed the purchase of a natural forest in Gruszowiec in Małopolskie Voivodeship on behalf of MDC2 Park Kraków South, a warehouse project in Skawina near Kraków. MDC2 has been a partner of the Las Na Zawsze Foundation since 2022, supporting it financially and engaging team members in cyclical forest plantings in Poland. The purpose of the initiative is to protect the mature forest for present and future generations.

A fund of the Generali insurance holding has sold a set of properties in the centre of Prague. The new owners of the individual houses are two companies, a manufacturer of sanitary equipment and a developer. All parties refused to comment on the transactions in detail, writes the online daily Seznamzpravy.cz.

MDC2 Park Kraków South is a three-building distribution and logistics development with a planned total GLA of over 90,000 on a site of 19 ha. The project is located in Skawina, 13 km away from Kraków city centre and less than 2 km from the junction with the A4 Motorway.

Generali Real Estate has completed the acquisition of MDC2 Park Kraków South, a logistics development project in Poland, located in Skawina, Kraków area, on behalf of the pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A Società di gestione del risparmio. The development will be carried out in collaboration with MDC2, a warehouse and logistics space developer operating on the Polish market. The price has not been disclosed.

7R has finalized the divestment of 7R Park Kraków IX logistics building to Generali Real Estate. The 33 000 sqm warehouse, commissioned for use in the middle of the year, is fully leased and BREEAM-certified at the Very Good level. This is the second transaction between Generali and 7R in 2021 following Generali Real Estate’s acquisition of 7R Park Gdańsk II warehouse complex in Kowale, in September 2021. The price has not been disclosed. 

Italian asset and fund manager Generali Real Estate has acquired 7R Park Gdańsk II in Gdańsk-Kowale on behalf of its pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund (GRELF) from Polish industrial developer 7R for an undisclosed sum.

The RSBC investment group of financier Robert Schönfeld bought the Milenium Center office complex on Hybešov Street in Brno from Generali Investments' CEE investment fund. The market value of the asset in the heart of the Moravian metropolis is estimated at €7.8 million (CZK 200 million).

Generali Real Estate S.p.A. has completed the acquisition of International Business Centre (IBC), an office building in Prague, from Mint Investments, on behalf of the pan-European “Generali Real Estate Core Plus” fund managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A Società di gestione del risparmio.
