MT&T Atalian has been chosen to provide technical maintenance services for the ten-storey high office building The Bridge in Bucharest, under the management of the Colliers International team.

Forte Partners have inaugurated the first phase of The Bridge office project located in the Grozavesti-Basarab area in Bucharest. The first building offers 36,871 sqm of leasable space. Its tenants include IBM and BCR. The first phase of the project was financed by UniCredit Bank. Bog’Art was the main construction contractor.

Romanian developer Forte Partners has acquired a 1,700 sqm plot in the city centre of Bucharest for office development. The plot, sold by Telekom Romania, is located next to Palatul Telefoanelor and the Novotel hotel. It allows the development of up to 9000 sqm of office space.
