Asset management firm Diófa and the Hungarian branch of Erste Bank have concluded a financing deal for seven years. The refinancing contract is worth €73 million, portfolio.hu reports.

Romanian developer Iulius and its partner Atterbury Europe have secured a financing deal worth €410 million for its national network of shopping centres in four Romanian cities. 

Banks are happy to finance practically any new logistics project. But they are extremely cautious with the office and retail segments, not to mention hotel investments. Property Forum asked Tamás Deák, Director of Commercial Real Estate Finance at Erste Bank Hungary Zrt. about their financing practices amid the new, harsh economic conditions.

Thanks to new financing from  Erste / Česká spořitelna, Demaco was able to conclude a new contract with Schott. Demaco believes that this contract will bring even more investment to the region and the town of Valašské Meziříčí, the company´s CFO Zdeněk Raus told Property Forum.
