Echo reports strong financial results for 2024
In 2024, the Echo Investment Group took further steps to diversify its portfolio and strengthen its growth strategy. By the end of the year, the Group maintained a cash reserve of PLN 366 million (ca €87 million), while the total value of its assets exceeded PLN 6.77 billion (ca. €1.6 billion).

Echo wins two MIPIM Awards for mixed-use project in Łódź
Fuzja mixed-use complex in Łódź (central Poland) has won two MIPIM Awards. The project was recognized in the Best Urban Regeneration Project category. It also received the Special Jury Award.

Echo Investment Group reports strong results after three quarters
After nine months of this year, the Echo Investment Group has strengthened its position in key sectors of the Polish real estate market. It has also entered the private student housing segment, starting the construction of two projects. The total value of the Group's assets at the end of September amounted to PLN 6.6 billion (ca. €1.5 billion), while cash reserves exceeded PLN 469 million (ca. €107.5 million). In November, Echo signed a conditional sale agreement for the React office building in Łódź.

AFI buys 70% of Towarowa 22 project for €180 million
EPP has finalised the sale of its 70% stake in the Towarowa 22 mixed-use project in Warsaw to AFI Europe. It is historically one of the largest land transactions in Poland in terms of value, with the total plot value exceeding €180 million.

New leases
- The DigestMed medical centre, specialising in gastroenterology services, has opened a clinic spanning over 675 sqm within the Bucharest-based London Office Building, part of the EVO Properties multifunctional hub, following an investment of €1.5 million.
- Focus Estate Fund has signed a new lease agreement with HalfPrice, the off-price retailer, for approximately 2,000 sqm of modern retail space at Sosnowiec Plaza in Sosnowiec, Poland.
- Ford Polska has extended its lease agreement, until 2031, for nearly 1,200 sqm of office space in Warsaw's Diuna, part of the Syrena Real Estate portfolio. It is one of the first tenants of the Służewiec complex, having operated continuously at this location since February 2008.
New appointments
- Krzysztof Wróblewski (MRICS) has been named Head of Portfolio Management CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors, responsible for overseeing investments and managing the real estate portfolio. He succeeds Christopher Smith in this role.
- Garbe Industrial is reorganising its senior leadership team. CEO Christopher Garbe will now focus on strategic orientation and international activities. Jan Philipp Daun assumes leadership of the Development division alongside his existing Investment and Joint Venture responsibilities. Andrea Agrusow expands her remit to include Portfolio Management while retaining control of Commercial and Real Estate Management. Additionally, Michael Marcinek and Maik Zeranski will now jointly head the restructured Development unit as Management Board Members, succeeding Adrian Zellner.
- CPI Property Group is strengthening its leasing structure with the appointment of Agnieszka Baczyńska as Head of Leasing. In her new role, she will be responsible for shaping and executing the leasing strategy across the group’s office and retail portfolio in Poland. At the same time, Izabela Potrykus has been appointed Leasing Office Director. Baczyńska brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate market. Prior to joining CPI Property Group in 2022, she served as International Leasing Director at Neinver Polska.
