BNP Paribas Bank Polska, mBank, and Santander Bank Polska have awarded a PLN 760 million (ca. €181.8 million) loan to finance the Noho One residential complex in Warsaw. Dentons law firm advised the banks.

Italian real estate group IGD has announced the sale of its Winmarkt Someș shopping center in Cluj-Napoca to a private Romanian investor for €8.3 million.

CPIPG has announced further progress in the Group’s strategy to reduce leverage. Benson Elliot, a UK-based private equity real estate fund manager, acting on behalf of its pan-European fund, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners V L.P. has acquired Marynarska Business Park (MBP), an office complex in Warsaw, from a fund managed by Heitman Real Estate. The price paid was c. €65 million.

Cavatina Holding has signed a sale agreement for the Equal Business Park office complex in Kraków. The complex comprises four buildings offering a total of over 60,000 sqm of Class A office space. The buyer is a joint venture managed by Apollo-Rida Poland.
