Fond Českého Bydlení SICAV, a fund specialising in residential rental housing, is launching a retail sub-fund that opens its investment strategy to a broader group of individual investors. The minimum investment is CZK 500, with an expected average annual return of around 6–8%. Since 2024, the fund has increased the value of its real estate portfolio fivefold to CZK 2.7 billion, and following the completion of a current acquisition, the portfolio is expected to approach CZK 3 billion. The number of residential units under management has grown to 1,100, while the number of investors has risen by almost 80% to 1,660. Investors who have been with the fund since its establishment in 2018 have seen a cumulative return of 84.18%.
