Romanian developer Redport Capital has started the construction of the third phase of The Level Apartments project in northern Bucharest.

Companies leased 91,000 sqm of office spaces in Bucharest in Q1, up by 63% compared to the same period of last year, according to a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox report.

Spaces leased by private medical operators now represent about 2.5% of the total modern office space available in Bucharest, with most of the players occupying buildings in Bucharest’s main office hub based in northern Bucharest, according to an iO Partners report.

Fintech start-up MetaWealth has partnered with One United Properties in a €20-million framework agreement for rental apartments.
