Industrial developer CTP has announced the signing of a 5-year €500 million unsecured syndicated sustainability-linked loan facility at a fixed all-in cost of 4.7%. At the same time, the company launched a concurrent tender offer which will enable the group to repurchase short dated bonds with a total nominal amount of €500 million.

Hungarian property developer and investor Wing has completed a €37 million bond issue. With an aggregate principal amount of €37 million, the bonds have a maturity of 3 years and a fixed interest rate of 8.90 per cent. The company has accepted all offers received, intending to use the funds raised from the successful issue to pursue new investment opportunities and launch new real estate development projects.

MLP Group has successfully placed €41 million worth of bonds, comprising an entire issue, with 35 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. A real estate bond sale in Slovenia worth €9.5 million was announced by Slovak property developer Corwin and Czech investment company Hartenberg operating in CEE.

Individual investors subscribed to all L-series bonds offered by Echo Investment. For the second time this year, the developer will issue securities with a total nominal value of PLN 50 million.
