Panattoni has delivered Panattoni Park Kraków East IV. The development is now to be financed with a €10.5 million loan granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego. The centre has been fully leased out to OMEGA Pilzno.
Panattoni has been granted a €64 million loan by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for yet more projects. The financing is to be used to develop a complex for Poczta Polska in Radzymin as well as two buildings within Panattoni Park Grudziądz.
Lindab has signed a new lease extension agreement with MLP Group for approximately 6,700 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II complex near Warsaw. The agreement was mediated by the Knight Frank agency.
Front Line Hungary Kft., a company specializing in the online trade of Mexican and American food products, has signed a lease agreement for 1,500 sqm in CTPark Budapest West.
Asana has expanded its office space at Wolf Marszałkowska in Warsaw three times. Plans for the coming months include further expansion to over 1,800 sqm.
New appointments
Balint Szécsényi has resigned as a member of GTC's supervisory board with immediate effect. The resignation was announced by the company's Board of Directors.
Katarzyna Jaworska has joined Colliers' office department, taking on the position of Associate Director. In her new role, Katarzyna will be responsible for office lease consultancy for public sector clients.
Krystian Pachówka joined AEW Europe as Head of Asset Management Logistics Poland in February this year. In the CEE region, AEW manages properties in the office, retail and logistics sectors.
