Property developer Prime Kapital will open two new shopping centres in Romania by the end of this week. Bârlad Value Centre, with a leasable area of around 20,000 sqm, opens for shoppers on November 30, while Prahova Value Centre in Ploiești, which spans 25,200 sqm, will open on December 3.
Chairry, a company specializing in fit-out - complete interior design solutions, has leased 240 sqm in UpGround complex in northern Bucharest. The project is owned by Globalworth.
French B2B and B2C specialist Armatis has leased 1,800 sqm in the Wave office building in Gdańsk’s Oliva district, which was developed and is owned by Skanska. Cushman & Wakefield advised the company for the lease agreement.
