Arcona Property Fund sells Prague building

Arcona Property Fund, listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange, announced the successful closing of the sale last week of one of the properties in its Prague portfolio. The buyer of the functionalist administrative building on Drahobejlova Street in Prague 9 is the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK), which has long been looking for a new building for its Prague representative office.

New leases

Sema Real Estate has leased over 1,000 sqm to Elite Skills Arena, which is set to open in Bucharest-based Sema Parc the most advanced training centre dedicated to children and young people preparing for elite football, as well as professional players.
Lindab has signed a new lease extension agreement with MLP Group for approximately 6,700 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II complex near Warsaw. The agreement was mediated by the Knight Frank agency.
Front Line Hungary Kft., a company specializing in the online trade of Mexican and American food products, has signed a lease agreement for 1,500 sqm in CTPark Budapest West.

New appointments

Balint Szécsényi has resigned as a member of GTC's supervisory board with immediate effect. The resignation was announced by the company's Board of Directors.
Katarzyna Jaworska has joined Colliers' office department, taking on the position of Associate Director. In her new role, Katarzyna will be responsible for office lease consultancy for public sector clients.
Krystian Pachówka joined AEW Europe as Head of Asset Management Logistics Poland in February this year. In the CEE region, AEW manages properties in the office, retail and logistics sectors.
