6B47 Poland has acquired a 0.22 ha site on ul. Grochowska in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district from petrol station operator Circle K for the development of a 12,000 sqm student housing project. The developer was advised by BSWW Legal & Tax, Accace and ó TPA Real Estate Services.

New leases

  • Polenergia Fotowoltaika, Polenergia Sprzedaż and Polenergia eMobility will join the group of tenants of Lakeside, an office building in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The companies, which are part of Poland's largest private energy group, will lease a total of around 3,500 square metres in the building owned by Atenor. Polenergia eMobility will launch a 150 kW electric car charging station at Lakeside.
  • LG Electronics Romania has leased around 1,400 sqm in myhive S-Park office building that will serve as its new HQ. The lease contract runs through to 2029. The lease deal was brokered by SVN Romania. The building’s landlord is CPI Property Group.
  • Confectionery Batida has joined the tenants of the LIXA City Gardens retail concept that is being arranged in the LIXA office complex near the Daszyński Roundabout in Warsaw.

New appointments

  • MLP Group is strengthening its sales team in Poland with the appointment of Przemysław Fijałkowski as Leasing Manager responsible for the lease of space in projects located in southern Poland.
  • Axi Immo is developing its Capital Markets Department. As of November 2023, Jakub Grabara was appointed as Associate Director in the Capital Markets Department. He will be responsible for transactional services, i.e., acquiring, purchasing, and selling commercial real estate.
  • Romanian developer ARQA has named Alexandru Rădulescu as Chief Sales Officer. During his career, he has overseen the sale of 17 residential and mixed-use projects.
