Real estate developer Speedwell has concluded a partnership with Rovere Mobili that covers the residential projects The Ivy and Record Park in Bucharest.

Based on the collaboration, current and future residents in the two projects will be able to get customized offers for high-end furniture products made of superior materials.

The Ivy is a residential ensemble located on Jandarmeriei Street, in northern Bucharest, close to the Băneasa forest, and will include 800 apartments.

The construction works for Phase 1, comprising of 2 buildings and 228 apartments, have started at the end of last year and the first building will be delivered in June 2022. Currently, 57% of the available stock of apartments has been sold.

Record Park is a mixed-use project developed by Speedwell in Cluj-Napoca, close to the city centre. The construction works have been completed and the residential component of the ensemble adds to Cluj’s real estate market 236 apartments, out of which 98% have been already sold, being presently delivered to the future residents.

“The most important for us is to stay connected to our customers, both potential and existing ones, and to offer them in addition to the quality and premium design that characterizes us, constant innovation on all levels,” says Ionela Bercu, Managing Director Rovere Mobili.

Didier Balcaen, CEO and Co-Founder of Speedwell, adds that the partnership reflects the focus on quality that is pursued by both companies for the benefit of clients.

Speedwell’s development portfolio comprises Record Park in Cluj-Napoca, The Ivy, Triama Residence and Miro in Bucharest, Paltim in Timisoara, and Riverside City in Ramnicu-Valcea.

Rovere Mobili has a network of stores across Romania in cities such as Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara.
