Real estate developer Speedwell has concluded a partnership with Rovere Mobili that covers the residential projects The Ivy and Record Park in Bucharest.

Based on the collaboration, current and future residents in the two projects will be able to get customized offers for high-end furniture products made of superior materials.

The construction works have been completed and the residential component of the ensemble adds to Cluj’s real estate market 236 apartments, out of which 98% have been already sold, being presently delivered to the future residents.
