The owner and asset management company placed 437 solar panels on top of the Blue Cube office building to decrease CO2 emissions by 120 thousand kilogrammes a year.
The new panels have a 200 MW capacity and provide 27% of the total energy consumption of the building. ESG compliance is secured by high sustainability standards based on renewable energy resources. The building is already BREEAM certified.
