Romanian real estate company Rock Development Holding will invest €70 million in the development of its first five-star luxury hotel in Poiana Brașov. The new luxury project will comprise a hotel with 120 rooms and an aparthotel with 75 residential units.
The project has gone through all the urban planning formalities and the construction will start in the following period.
“The investment is significant, being a large project, with almost 200 units at international standards, and we want the entire complex to be managed by a world-class hotel operator,” said Mircea Cotiga, CEO of Rock Development Holding.
Until now, the holding has invested over €53 million in two residential projects with 800 apartments in Bucharest. Rock Holding has another 222 apartments under development in the city.
