Quadra Underwriting, a multi-agent insurance company, has announced the expansion of its operations and service capabilities across Europe in cooperation with Aviva plc, one of the UK’s leading insurance providers.

Headquartered in Poland, Quadra Underwriting has established itself as a partner for clients seeking bespoke insurance solutions. The company is focused on offering streamlined, accessible solutions for clients seeking enhanced commercial legal indemnity coverage, particularly in real-estate title insurance, areas critical to facilitating cross-border investments and transactions.

Speaking about the expansion, Rafał Sobolewski, CEO of Quadra Underwriting, said: “This is an exciting chapter for Quadra. With Aviva’s support and capacity backing, we are uniquely positioned to become a market leader across Europe. Our focus is on delivering flexible, forward-thinking insurance solutions that empower businesses to succeed with confidence in an unpredictable world.”

Aviva’s partnership ensures that Quadra can meet the growing demand for tailored, high-limit insurance products, supporting their European transactions. The company’s expanded footprint will enable it to work more closely with brokers and clients across multiple jurisdictions, providing localised expertise.

Stephen Hadfield, Legal Indemnities Technical Underwriting Manager for Global, Corporate & Specialty at Aviva, said: “Aviva is delighted to supplement its support of Quadra Underwriting, its representative agent in Poland, to deliver commercial real-estate insurance products throughout the EEA.  The collaboration with the expert team at Quadra presents an exciting opportunity for Aviva to reach new markets, and offers a desirable alternative for lenders, investors and developers seeking comprehensive, ‘clean exit’ cover from a highly regarded, internationally recognised insurer.”
