Property developer Prime Kapital has received the building permit for Pleiades Residence in Ploiești and will start construction by the end of spring.
The project will feature 498 apartments and will be integrated into a larger urban regeneration project developed on a former industrial platform.
“We remain committed to providing high-quality housing at a reasonable cost,” said Maggie Kitshoff, Residential Partner Prime Kapital.
The first phase is slated for completion by December 2023 following an investment of more than €30 million.
The apartment blocks will meet nZEB targets and will be connected via street infrastructure to the Prahova Value Centre, also owned by Prime Kapital.
Prime Kapital has a residential development portfolio comprising almost 3,200 apartments in four projects across Romania.
