Prima Development Group announces the completion of the Boemia Apartments project, whose construction started in 2019 in Bucharest.
Boemia Apartments is a boutique residential complex with 75 apartments. The project benefited from an investment of €8.5 million and is currently sold in full and handed over to the owners.
Prima Development Group is also building the Core Timpuri Noi residential project in Bucharest, which, will be delivered this year. The investment in the 240 apartments is €20 million. The Company also announced earlier this year its intention to consolidate and expand its activity on the real estate market in the Capital with new projects that will total over 2,500 apartments.
The company started its activity in 2005, in Oradea, where it has so far delivered over 3,000 apartments in buildings with a total cumulative value of over €180 million. Since 2017, the company is also present in the Bucharest market.
