Romanian hospitality consultancy Premier Hospitality has been appointed operator of the Ramada Sibiu Hotel under a lease agreement that will run for 20 years.
The new management of the hotel will take over its duties on July 1 following the agreement with hotel chain Wyndham, owner of the Ramada brand.
The hotel will undergo an upgrade process following a planned investment of around €3 million.
”We are observing a significant interest from owners and investors in the hospitality industry for hotel operation services, either management or lease, and we are prepared to respond to these demands,” says Lucian Marinescu, Co-Founder of Premier Hospitality.
Premier Hospitality has been involved in more than 50 projects in various development stages, both independent and brand affiliated.
