Romanian developer One United Properties has announced the handover of One Herăstrău Towers, located in northern Bucharest, with a gross development value of around €53.3 million.
The construction works have been completed in two years and 90% of the apartments have been sold to date.
The two residential towers include 139 housing units, while the ground floor and the first floor of the complex have an area of about 5,000 sqm for commercial and office spaces.
”When we develop a project, we aim to achieve the perfect mix between location, architecture, design, high standards in terms of construction and integrated services for future residents,” said Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division of One United Properties.
Shares in One United Properties were down 0.69% to 1.43 lei on Thursday trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
