Romanian developer One United Properties has completed the first phase of Bucharest-based One Cotroceni Office Park, with a gross leasable area of 46,000 sqm. The company said it has leased 75% of the office and commercial spaces by the time of delivery.
The project has mixed functions, consisting of a residential area with over 850 apartment units, as well as two office buildings, which will be delivered in two phases. The developer said that the second phase with a leasable area of 35,000 sqm will be delivered in 2022.
One United Properties’ portfolio includes 101,000 sqm of office space in Bucharest. The company’s shares were up 0.57% to 1.41 lei on Monday morning trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
