Nusco Imobiliara has secured the construction permit for the second phase of its Nusco City mixed-use scheme based in northern Bucharest.
The second phase of the complex will comprise 840 residential units with an estimated investment of over €130 million. In the first phase, the company delivered 622 homes.
Nusco City will accommodate a total of over 3,000 apartments, parks, green areas, and infrastructure, covering approximately 40% of the entire project area, explained Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara.
The entire masterplan of Nusco City encompasses over 230,000 sqm, a masterplan created with top professionals, both nationally and internationally, added Bogdan Iliescu, Commercial Director of Nusco Imobiliara.
Romanian construction firm Pedro Construct is the contractor of the project.
