Property developer Nusco Imobiliara has selected Fuksas Architecture Studio to work on the master plan of urban regeneration project Nusco City, based in northern Bucharest.

The masterplan within Nusco City will redesign the street front measuring over 600 linear metres along Pipera Boulevard, no.48.

“Our development plans have always had a special determination, so through Nusco City, we aim to accomplish the concept of ‘15-minute city’, because our project truly allows it. Therefore, for the architectural urban plan of the project, we brought one of the most renowned architects in the world - Massimilano Fuksas,” says Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara.

The first phase of Nusco City comprising 622 apartments was completed in Q2 2023, while the second phase with 828 residential units is slated for delivery in Q4 2025.

Fuksas Studio has developed more than 600 architectural projects in its 40-year history.

“The vision of the promoter for their urban regeneration project in the capital of Romania sparked a different inspiration in me to be directly involved in the design of this master plan," said Massimiliano Fuksas, Owner of Fuksas Studio.

Nusco Imobiliara has completed 1,300 apartments to date and has another 828 apartments and 118 villas under development.
